This Sachs clutch release or throw
out bearing is included in our Sachs and Clutchmasters clutch kits.
If you are piecing together a performance disc and sport pressure
plate, make sure you get one of these also. Worn throw out bearings
will produce noise when the clutch pedal is depressed. This is also
a cheap part to replace as preventative maintenance if you have
your transmission off and the clutch has over 50k miles on
it.

325i clutch/flywheel on an M42 318 engine.
