Supersprint Inc. was formed in
1955
with the objective of designing and building the highest quality
exhaust systems in the world. That objective has been the driving
force behind each Supersprint product from the first system built
to those being developed for the future. When you purchase a
Supersprint product you can be assured it is the highest quality

Dyno-testing
All design is validated by extensive testing which includes hours
of dyno testing on Supersprint's exclusive in-house Maha 4-wheel
chassis dynamometer. In fact no other exhaust manufacturer, race
team engine testing department or car manufacturer has the
performance evaluating experience of Supersprint.
The Supersprint dyno performs over
1,000 test runs each year. The engineering staff at Supersprint are
often called upon to provide closed-door dyno testing for the
worlds top racing teams. Private teams and factory teams alike
depend upon the extensive knowledge of Supersprint to prepare for
world class, rally and road race events.
All this experience provides the
Supersprint staff with a database of powerband information
unequaled in the industry.
Product Development
Supersprint does it's homework on the dyno, the street and the
track. Our extensive knowledge has been earned on thousands of cars
around the world. This knowledge provides Supersprint with the
uncanny ability to extract power from engines when other exhaust
manufacturers can only produce higher noise levels. Supersprint
products are developed around scientific knowledge not assumptions.
Supersprint designs and builds based on each engine's performance
characteristics. Because it is actually easier to loose horsepower
through misuse of larger diameter tubing and badly designed
silencers, exhaust flow rates and velocity are dramatically
increased by Supersprint designs while still retaining factory OEM
diameter tubes.
Quality and Longevity
To protect against corrosion each non-stainless system receives an
aluminized coating inside and out. All internal tubing, resonators
and tail pipes are stainless steel. Packing material is longstrand
stainless steel wool and rockwool.
These materials are manufactured to
Supersprint specs and provide much higher heat resistance than
fiberglass. Stainless wool is packed around internal perforated
tubing for sound control and rockwool surrounds the stainless wool
to fully pack the interior chamber.
These materials insure a longer
lasting system that will not blow out packing due to heat
break-down, and zone that retains sound quality for many
years.

descriptions:
- HEADERS - To be used as a
replacement for the exhaust manifold, only in combination with a
Supersprint resonator or catalytic converter
- RESONATOR - Replacement for
the catalytic converter in E30 systems. The addition of a
resonator adds torque and reduces noise levels
slightly.
- TEST PIPE -
Replacement for the catalytic converter in E30 systems. This
pipe will give the best increase in Hp.
- RACE CAT - Replacement for
the catalytic converter in E30 M3 systems. For race use when
a converter is required.
- MUFFLER - Can be added to a
stock system or a full Supersprint exhaust for maximum
performance.
