The Sparco Fighter seat was designed
to give an affordable alternative for driving schoolers and
auto-xers looking for a safe, supportive, 1-piece seat. The Fighter
is based of the popular Evo seat, with the main difference being
the lack of Nomex flame resistant material and more comfortable fit
for a broad range of drivers. Drivers not looking to move up the
chain into sanctioned racing do not necessarily need FIA or SFI
homologated seats. The Fighter incorporates perforated abrasion
resistant inserts to protect against excessive wear and also
features a high-tension spring-and-wire system to secure the cover
to the shell. This system will allow you to easily remove and clean
the seat cover, restoring it show quality condition. Also, just
like the Pro-2000, it includes a pair of the Sparco dual-density
lumbar pads that enable you to customize the seat to fit your
specific body type.
Fighter is not FIA or SFI
homologated. If you are considering racing in a sanctioned race
series in the future, we feel an investment in a FIA and SFI
homologated seat would be worthy.
