All your ordering information -- including your name, address, and credit card number -- is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system.

Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. If you feel more comfortable doing so, you are welcome to call in your credit card information and complete your purchase by phone.

At BimmerWorld, we respect and protect your privacy. Our site is a safe environment for anyone who visits and purchases. We are also committed to providing you the best possible online service and experience as well as the best products. We further pledge never to sell this information to others.

We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please e-mail, call, or write us regarding problems with an order for assistance or return authorization number. Returned parts must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging and received by BimmerWorld no later than 30 days after sale for a refund. No return will be accepted without a return authorization number. No returns are allowed on custom built products, including but not limited to differentials, custom race shocks, and any custom fabrication. Deposits to hold items are not refundable. Returned items are thoroughly inspected before a refund is issued. There is no refund on electrical parts or special order items. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns not due to our error. There is no refund for any shipping charge on returned items.
