There is a common misconception that
fire extinguishers are used to put out fires in a racecar. This is
only secondary to the driver being able to escape from a car that
has caught on fire. A full plumbed in fire system that protects the
driver and allows them to fully focus on getting out of the car is
the only choice.
The SPA Design Firefighter System is
specifically designed for use in competition vehicles and offers
the latest in on board fire suppression technology. Utilizing SPA
"Lite" AFFF (Aqueous Film Forming Foam), these non-toxic ozone
friendly systems give the competitor the same level of protection
whether driving Formula 1, WRC, or Sedans.
This mechanical AFFF system includes
two pull cables and 6 nozzles for maximum fire protection. Flex
tubing and quick connects make these systems much easier to install
than older style kits with aluminum lines. Steel bottle is
approximately 4 pounds heavier that our standard
systems.

install in our shop and are the best investment you can make in
your personal safety.
