This is a factory new engine from BMW for the 93-95 E36 325 and E34 525. Something fell on the engine before install and cracked a valve cover, causing BMW to trade for another one. This engine has zero miles and is in perfect condition, other than the valve cover that we can replace (for the cost of the part) or you can swap with your existing cover. $500 credit on return of rebuildable core.</P>
