The rear shock towers are a known weak spot on all 1984-2005 3 Series cars. The metal in this area fatigues and begins to crack, caused by the common stock mount failure or the added stresses of a performance suspension.
Our plates can be bolted or welded in place to prevent this damage, or used as repair plates to bring your rear towers back to life. Available in T304 stainless for durable reinforcements or mild steel that can be welded to your car's shell (for track car preparation or to repair existing damage). 1/8" thick, sold in pairs.
