ShockProof fluids are designed for wet sump transmissions and
differentials with splash lubrication. Acting like a liquid grease,
these unique shockproof lubricants contain a suspension of solid
microscopic particles as an extreme pressure agent, offering a
"best of both worlds" balance of low drag and superior protection
for gear teeth. The fluid has relatively low viscosity, yet
cushions gear teeth under extreme pressure to prevent breakage and
throw-off.

Line ShockProof is available in three

Heavy
ShockProof
- Recommended for heavily-loaded racing differentials
- Film thickness greater than an SAE 75W250, yet low fluid
friction like 75W90
- For heavily-loaded racing differentials and transmissions,
problem gearboxes
- Not recommended for most synchro applications due to the
product's extreme slipperiness
Lightweight
ShockProof
- A unique gear oil
designed to lubricate worn and/or racing transmissions and
transaxles which see serious loads
- Film thickness greater than an SAE 75W140, yet low fluid
friction like 80W gear oil or 30W motor oil
- It has excellent
low-temperature flow which allows easier shifting when
cold
- May be used to
obtain maximum power transfer in racing differentials which do not
see high temperatures
- For racing differentials under moderate loads
Superlight
ShockProof
- Film thickness greater than an SAE 75W90, yet low fluid
friction like ATF
- Used in low-power dog-ring racing transaxles with moderate to
low load, qualifying, etc
- Popular in British F3, Euro F3 and Star Mazda racing gearboxes
for ultra low drag
