Powerflex 3 Series/Z3 High Durometer
compound subframe mounts are designed for hard driven cars with
less of a concern for NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness). These
mounts incorporate a 95A hardness rating and is not suggested for
cars that spend most of there time on the street. These mounts are
a 95A hardness rating (15A more than the purple compound) and offer
added stiffness for cars used predominately for track/auto-x use.
These mounts will increase rear suspension stiffness considerably,
allowing crisper handling and better power transfer.
Powerflex mounts are easy to install
and recommended for most 3 Series/Z3 cars. Available for all E30,
Z3, and 318ti (bushing #4 on diagram at right) and E36 & E46 3
Series (bushings #6 and #7).
Priced as a set for one subframe.
E30, Z3, and 318ti 3 Series* has 2 subframe mounts. E36 and E46 3
Series has 4 subframe mounts.
