Best Quality Rotor
From jsa310 of Smyrna , Georgia on .
This is the best quality rotor I could find for my E36 M3. I can't wait to try them out on track, but so far they feel amazing on the street.
Excellent Track Performance
From Byron of Brentwood, California on .
The PF Direct Drive Rotors have proven to be a significant step-above from the Euro E36 M3 floating rotors I had.
In comparing the same brake-pad compound (Ferodo DS2500) on the same track (Thunderhill), my E36/8 M coupe was able to brake deeper, more consistently, and with much better feedback.
Well done, Performance Friction!
If not a big brake kit, get these
From tfunk of sterling, Virginia on .
These rotors are awesome, initially a bit more expensive than stock but performance is worth it. And then since you only have to change the friction ring eventually they are cheaper than stock. Fronts lasted 45k miles, approx 2500 of it track, rears are still going. I would definitely also recommend the brass guides for the caliper to even out rotor and pad wear.
Great brake rotors
From thehounder of Streamwood, Illinois on .
Very pleased with the performance as well as the overall construction of these rotors.
They are so well made I would like to hang them up on my wall as art.
Excellent product
From Bassem of Livermore, California on .
With blanks so cheap, it was hard to initially justify the extra cost of these. But they really are as advertised: excellent in all attributes. Used them with PF97s on my street weight E36 for 8 on-track hours at Sears Point and Laguna so far, and the rotors are virtually the same thickness. Still no pad knock-back either. Great product and highly recommended.
