For general street and occasion track
use, we will almost always suggest a quality OEM brake rotor set.
Our brake rotor collection includes only OEM manufacturers** from
Ate, Balo, Brembo, and Zimmerman depending on you application***.
Purchasing a OEM rotor set guarantees quality castings and high
tolerances to reduce warping and vibration while assuring an exact
fit. OEM rotor sets work in
conjunction with any street, street/track, and devoted track pad
sets in our catalogue. OEM rotors typically hold up to the stresses
of track and auto-x use very well, though we suggest a floating
and/or slotted rotor for customers using their cars often at the
track.
*Our sales associates will
try to ensure accuracy of the products ordered based on the year
and model provided by the customer. The
ultimate responsibility still falls onto the customer to select the
correct parts and type the current year and model in the specified
blank. The year and model (ex."1998 328i") of your BMW
can be found with the VIN number in the driver’s door jam. If there
is any confusion in the listing please contact one of our sales
representatives for clarification.
**Some new applications will be
Genuine BMW rotors. OEM manufactures have yet to produce
self-branded, economical versions of their BMW-boxed
variety.
***We do not have a preference
between OEM manufacturers and will ship what is in stock at that
given time. We have used all OEM brands successfully under
punishing race conditions, including several 12 and 24 hour
endurance races.
Priced per pair for one axle.
By purchasing 1 quantity you will receive 2 rotors, left and
right.

Good
From Anonymous of Winston-Salem, North Carolina on .
These rotors work just fine. Compared to the previous rotors which were under tolerance, these rotors brake smoothly. Difficult to give 5 stars (based on wear) as I'd expect them to last a "normal" interval. No crystal ball, here.
Front Rotors
From magua69 of Leland, North Carolina on .
Replaced worn drilled rotors on my 97 M3. New rotors perform about the same, but with much less brake dust than the old drilled rotors.
you get what you pay for

Theses rotors are factory. They have the Z coating. Don't waste your money on cheap rotors, they'll only worp.
