This boot allows you to remove the ASC throttlebody for improved intake air flow. Direct replacement.
When removing the ASC system, you will need to unbolt the secondary ASC throttle body (farthest from the intake plenum). This boot is a replacement for the stock ASC boot and ASC throttle body. The actuator for the ASC throttle body must remain on the car (zip tie out of the way) because this system is tied into the ABS system. The ASC warning light will appear on the dash - the bulb can be removed to eliminate this non-functional display.
