This complete kit includes a special JB Racing
lightweight aluminum flywheel, 280mm clutch package (sprung hub
clutch to address rattle issues), and clutch slave cylinder.
Replace the undersized (and over-heavy) stock parts with this kit
to increase life and power handling capability - all with stock
pedal feel!
Flywheel weighs a full 25 pounds less than the stock dual mass unit
for much quicker throttle response and less driveline power loss.
Tipping the scales at a mere 14.5 pounds, this is only 1.5 pounds
heavier than our standard fitment piece, with the weight optimized
to reduce sensitivity to rattle.
Available for E39 540 (97-03) and E39 M5 (99-03).
