This complete kit includes a special JB Racing lightweight aluminum flywheel, 280mm clutch package (sprung hub clutch to address rattle issues), and clutch slave cylinder. Replace the undersized (and over-heavy) stock parts with this kit to increase life and power handling capability - all with stock pedal feel! Flywheel weighs a full 25 pounds less than the stock dual mass unit for much quicker throttle response and less driveline power loss. Tipping the scales at a mere 14.5 pounds, this is only 1.5 pounds heavier than our standard fitment piece, with the weight optimized to reduce sensitivity to rattle. Available for E39 540 (97-03) and E39 M5 (99-03).
All orders are shipped via UPS unless weight or size is prohibitive or previous arrangements have been made. Motor freight will be used to ship oversized items. Shipping charges are estimates only and may be adjusted up or down if required. UPS Red and Blue and USPS service is available at an additional charge. Shipments may not be dropped off without written acceptance at carrier’s discretion. Shipping charges include a small handling fee to pay for supplies and labor. Shipping charges are not refundable.
