your street car! However if you are looking for the ultimate in
performance from a rear shock mount, look no further.
RSMs are a common failure item on 3
Series cars because they cannot handle the forces applied by the
rear shocks under hard driving. Add the stresses of track use,
heavily valved shocks, and the need for zero flex for the best
performance possible and you need these mounts. Billet aluminum
construction with a precision Aircraft quality bearing. Heavy steel
reinforcement clamping plate, slotted to move shocks slightly
inward if needed for massive rear tire fitments.
Applications include E30, E36, E46,
Z3, and Z4 cars. Some convertibles will have to mount the
plate/stud components from underneath due to clearance
issues.
*Mounts come with 10mm OR 12mm
spacers. Most non-adjustable shocks will have a 10mm shaft diameter
including OE, Bilstein, KONI non-adjustable. Most adjustable shocks
will use a 12mm mount including KONI Sport, JRZ, etc.
