Upgrading your E9X 3 Series or E8X 1
Series to Genuine BMW E9X M3 rear subframe mounts is one of the
absolute best ways to improve rear stability and grip. The factory
non-M bushings have a considerably weak design and cannot withstand
the added forces of grippier tires and stiffer suspensions, leaving
the rear suspension feeling loose and unsettled. The M3 subframe
mounts have a large alloy center and use solid rubber for a
considerable reduction in subframe movement. NVH (noise, vibration,
harshness) remains at stock levels. Make this upgrade a high
priority on your modification list if you plan to increase the
performance of your E9X 3 Series or E8X 1 Series.
