great gains for e36 m3
From Erik Bigford of Elk Grove, California on .
I had done only the M50 manifold swap and a cold air intake. Randy's tune got rid of the soft midrange and the top end is night and day different. part throttle and WOT are super smooth and linear. don't know if I will dyno, but I will track test soon. I let all my friends take the car out before and after and they were all blown away by how different the power band is now. the USB interface and software are simple to use and the "programming" portion only takes about 45 seconds. Randy emails specific instructions that are handy. The bimmerworld crew were also helpful.
convenient

i got the Epic street tune withe the ECI cable, i am not that good at computers, but it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out how to work it. at first i was worried how i'm going to download the tune, but after i got it done, which took exactly 15 minutes, i gotta a smiley face and on top it said tune complete. Enjoy you tune!!!
The must have tune

This interface cable and the accompanying software is very easy to use. Randy at Epic is an expert on BMWs. He was able to get an additional 40hp out of my 2009 M3 with my mods.
Epic Motorsports ECU tune
From Gabe Roy of Poughkeepsie, New York on .
I recently installed the Epic Motorsport ECU tune on my recently re-acquired (my son had the car for 6 yrs) 2000 528i Sport, 5 speed. While a very nice car, it is a bit on the slow side.
I tried this tune, which was easy to install and seamless, and can notice a worthwhile improvement in overall torque and responsiveness. There are no downsides that I can see, and the improvements make this very pleasant car that much more rewarding. I believe that this is money well spent.
