E46 3 Series Non-M Cooling System Overhaul Kit

The BMW E46 3 Series Non-M's cooling system typically needs a complete overhaul around 100k miles to keep the engine reliable and safe from overheating. To make this job a simple process for our do-it-yourself customers we have comprised a complete cooling system overhaul kit to make the process a breeze. The components in this kit are comprised of durable OEM and aftermarket parts that have been proven to have excellent durability and value.

Applications include all non-M E46 3 Series cars, 1999-2006*.

The overhaul kit has everything needed to keep your cooling system fresh including:

• OEM (Behr) radiator**
• OEM (Graf) water pump with o-ring (metal impeller type) or Stewart high-flow water pump (+$130.00)
• OEM thermostat assembly with sensor and gasket
• Expansion tank
• Expansion tank cap
• Lower radiator hose (includes plastic ends and clips)
• Upper radiator hose (includes plastic ends and clips)
• Water distribution pipe for automatics only (BimmerWorld package exclusive)
• Expansion tank hose (includes plastic ends and clips)
• (2) German 1.5l antifreeze

*1999 3 Series coupes and convertibles are older, E36 chassis cars and do not apply to this kit. 2006 sedans are newer E90 chassis cars and also do not apply to this kit.
