BWSport Wheel Spacers

BimmerWorld wheel spacer sets are specifically designed to fit your BMW's hub, retaining the proper hubcentric design* while adding wanted track width. They are designed to work with factory BMW wheels and almost all aftermarket wheels**. Whether you need a spacer set for correct wheel fitment, clearance for a big set of calipers, or just looking for more track width, we have the correct spacer to fit your needs. Our spacers are made of 100% billet 6061 alloy for strength, lightweight, and corrosion resistance. Spacers incorporate a fully chamfered design to reduce stress areas and maximize strength. They incorporate 2 separate 5x120 bore patterns for easier fitment with bolts and further weight reduction. Spacers also incorporate a chamfered back face to allow easy removal - no stuck spacers!

Spacers are available in 3 widths: 5mm, 12mm, and 20mm. The 12mm and 20mm have a hubcentric lip that retains proper wheel fitment and allows the wheel to be 100% centered on the hub. This means no vibrations or awkward centering of the the wheel with the lug bolts. BMW originally designed the hub to carry the weight of the vehicle, not the lug bolts. Using our hubcentric spacers, the weight of the car stays on the hub, where it should be!

Optional extended-length wheel bolts are available in either a silver or black nickel zinc coated finish (not required when using wheel stud conversions). For ease of swapping wheels and added strength, we typically suggest a wheel stud conversion for tracked cars.

One spacer set will include two spacers for one axle. Two spacer sets will be needed for an entire car. Spacers fit all 5-lug BMWs excluding the E39 5 Series and X5.

*Due to the lack of width of the 5mm spacer, the wheel will rest on the normal hub of the car. Therefore the spacer is designed flat.

**Due to the contoured design of the hub lip, a very small amount of aftermarket wheels will not work with our spacers including the Kosei K1. This is due to a lack of chamfer at the mating surface of the wheel's center bore. 99% of aftermarket wheels have a chamfer here for proper fitment (Enlarge image of 12mm and 20mm spacers for detailed images of a chamfered wheel hub). All the wheels we currently carry including D-Force, Team Dynamics, and BBS have the proper chamfer to work with BimmerWorld wheel spacers.

Wheel spacers ARE NOT RETURNABLE if plastic packaging is opened. Our sales department can help when choosing the correct spacer width, but cannot guarantee fitment. We suggest confirming the size you need before ordering. One of the best ways to confirm needed width is using readily available washers to space the wheels out accordingly, then measure the required washer stack thickness required. We do not suggest driving car with added washers.
