BWSport 3 Series Urethane-Isolated Spherical Shock Mount Kit

Serious strength without the NVH!

As we've come to learn, many of our customers use their daily driven BMWs for weekend track days as well. Therefore, we continue to supply parts designed to withstand the abuse of heavy track use while retaining the creature-comforts we've come to expect for our daily driver cars. Our urethane-isolated spherical shock mounts are designed to work specifically with high-rate shocks while still keeping NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) to a minimum by using a urethane membrane to isolate the spherical ball joint from the anodized billet alloy housing. The spherical joint can take serious loads from the damper and allow free movement of the damper during suspension travel.

The kit also includes shock tower reinforcement plates that transfer the loads of the damper across the entire shock tower, decreasing metal fatigue. Urethane gasket and hardware are included.

Kits are available with 10mm inner diameter spacers to work with a majority of shock manufacturers (OE replacement, Bilstein, non-adjustable Koni, etc.). 12mm spacers are available for other applications (JRZ, Koni Sport, etc.). Applications include all E30*, E36, and E46 3 Series.

*The upper reinforcement plate is a tight fit on the E30 chassis and will contour to the space when tightening the nuts.
