A complete overhaul kit makes front suspension rebuilds a cinch!

As any E46 M3 owner knows, a worn front suspension can play havoc on a car's handling and tire wear. The E46 M3s in particular are climbing in miles and owners are in search of complete kits to make suspension rebuilds a simple process. We have assembled an overhaul kit designed to rebuild the front suspension to new or better condition. The heart of this kit is a set of Lemforder OEM control arms with pre-pressed inner and outer ball joints. Lemforder is recognized as one of the best manufacturers of OEM BMW parts, and will have the same performance and strength as factory parts.

Included with the Lemforder arms are several bushing options available based on your needs, budget, and wrenching skills:

• Genuine BMW Rubber - Genuine BMW Motorsport solid rubber front control arm bushings are great replacement bushings for street and lightly track driven E46 M3 and MZ4 cars. These bushing have a solid rubber design for an excellent blend of performance and comfort.
• Powerflex Polyurethane - Powerflex urethane bushings for a long lasting upgrade that will increase steering response, reduce uneven tire wear, and reduce maintenance repairs. These bushings add minimal, if any, NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness), and are suggested for street dedicated cars and auto-x/ driving school cars as well. One of the best features of these bushings is their 2 piece design. The bushings are made in 2 pieces so the rotation occurs between the urethane for a squeak free, easily lube-able bushing with a considerably increased lifespan. The inner bushing is grooved to hold the copper based lube (supplied with kit) for numerous years.
• Treehouse Eyeball Arm - Made of precision CNC 6061-T6 aluminum with a self-lubricating nylon-moly bushing, these arms eliminate suspension geometry movement under cornering and braking loads for a crisp, tight, high-performance upgrade. Due to material and design, attachment to E46 M3 under panel not allowed for or necessary. Arms come as a bracket set and do not require housings.
• Ground Control Delrin/Alloy - a race product that offers minimal deflection by compromising NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) considerably. With the added NVH, this bushing set is not suggested for street use. The design incorporates an outer anodized red alloy housing used as a friction element for the Delrin insert. The hex end of the control arm is sheathed by a anodized black alloy inner ring for the self-lubricating Delrin insert to ride against. This system creates a heavy duty solution that works extremely well in track and race atmospheres.

Option 1: Pre-Press Bushings into Housings - We also offer the Genuine BMW Rubber, Powerflex Polyurethane, and Ground Control Delrin/Alloy bushings pre-pressed into new alloy housings for easy installation. Typical shop labor to press the old bushings out and the new in will cost as much as these housings. Treehouse Eyeball arms are a bushing/bracket assembly.

Option 2: Include Tie Rod Assemblies and Swaybar Links - Our packages also have the option of including left and right side tie rod assemblies and swaybar links manufactured by Lemforder OEM and Meyle HD, respectively. Meyle Heavy Duty front swaybar links incorporate solid metal ball joints for increase life over the stock plastic swaybar link joints.

This arm/bushing package fits all E46 M3s. Kit contains left and right control arms with pre-pressed inner and outer ball joints. Kit will include bushings/housings of your choice for both left and right side.
