AiM's ECU Bridge is an interface module
connecting the engine control unit (ECU) to an AiM visor (MyChron3
Dash, TGDash, Formula Steering Wheel) or a SmartyCam on-board
camera system. The ECU Bridge does not record data coming from the
ECU - it is an interface only for any AiM visor or SmartyCam. The
USB connector allows ECU Bridge configuration using the USB cable
supplied with the kit. Configuration can be made via AIM Race
Studio 2 software.
ECU Bridge is available in two
versions:
- K line/CAN - allows easy and fast
Plug&Play connection to OBD2 port
- RS232/CAN - allows a direct
connection to ECU using Serial or Can communication protocol,
suggested for CAN-capable stock (E46 M3, E92 M3) and racing ECU
systems
